When you try to search for a particular user by using the letters such as "S C H" or "A N D" and so on in Microsoft Skype for Business 2016, the client may crash and restart by itself.
Resolution
To fix this issue, install the March 5, 2019, update (KB4462190) for Skype for Business 2016.
