Common errors

Content Warning

Our AI system has very clear guidelines regarding the generation of content. Prompts that may violate these guidelines are flagged, and the educator cannot proceed without revision. Further policy violations may lead to suspension of access. Mistakes can be reported to our support team.  

Inaccurate Criteria Generation

The AI feature may sometimes generate criteria and content that are not fully aligned with the intended assignment objectives. We suggest that you review the generated criteria for relevance and accuracy then modify as necessary to your unique specifications.

Best practices

  • Regularly review and update the AI-generated rubrics to ensure they remain relevant and effective.

  • Familiarize yourself the AI rubric creation tool’s features and limitations.

  • Provide Clear and specific criteria and assignment descriptions for more accurate results.
