QuestionI use MDA (multi-dimensional analysis) and Revenue/Expense Deferrals. Where should I assign the analysis codes? AnswerIf you assign the analysis code when doing the initial entry, the MDA Analysis Code will be updated for the full amount. If you want it updated in the same periods as the Revenue/Expense Deferral journal entries, you must assign the Analysis Code to each journal entry in the ALTRN batch in General Ledger.
