Business requirements
According to the order of the Federal Tax Authority of the Russian Federation №СА-7-3/853@, from 28.12.2018, form and electronic format of VAT declaration was updated.
According to the Russian Federation government’s Decree N 15 from 19.01.2019, formats of Sales book and sales book additional sheet are changed.
Main changes are the following:
Sales book and Sales book additional sheet:
- Columns for VAT 20% are added
- Totals for VAT 20% are added
Appendixes to VAT declaration: extract from sales book and extract from sales book additional sheet – have same changes as sales book and sales book additional sheet.
VAT declaration: Several new boxes are added to Section 3: VAT 20%, VAT 20% for export and several others.
Overview
The following changes are implemented in the Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3:
Printing formats of Sales book and Sales book additional sheet are updated according to the new format.
Excel format of VAT declaration is updated. The printing format is provided only with the aim to prepare xml format based on Excel data, so the Excel format of VAT declaration may be not fully in line with the legislation.
Formats of VAT declaration and appendixes to VAT declaration in xml are updated.
Additional information
As a prerequisite, you must create a separate Sales tax code for VAT 20% and post 2019 documents with the new sales tax code.
Before the first execution of VAT declaration, you need to create a report in Financial reports generator. The default report lines may be created by clicking Functions > Create report cells in Field setup form.
