Note: To manage settings for some of these products you might need to sign in to your Microsoft account. If you are having trouble signing in, you can get help with your Microsoft account.
To manage privacy settings on your Windows 11 device, go to Start > Settings > Privacy & security, or on your Windows 10 device, go to Start > Settings > Privacy.

For Teams privacy settings on both your browser and app, go to Settings and more > Settings > Privacy. You can also export your personal Teams data.
Select your profile icon (Me) at the top of your LinkedIn homepage in your browser and then select Settings & Privacy. To manage your privacy on Outlook.com, go to Settings > View all Outlook settings > General > Privacy and data. You can also import and export your Outlook email, contacts, and calendar.
