ISSUE

Punctuation, font, and long sounds are not displayed correctly in Word when using Yu Mincho (游明朝) font.

STATUS: FIXED

To fix this issue, update to Windows 10, version 1903. Follow the steps in this article for more information: Get the Windows 10 May 2019 Update
