Some Windows 11 features, like Widgets, are delivered through Microsoft Store updates. If you’re having problems with the Weather widget or aren't able to find some features that were announced for Windows, you might need to update the Windows Web Experience Pack from the Microsoft Store.

Update the Windows Web Experience Pack

  1. Select Start > Microsoft Store.

  2. When the Microsoft Store opens, select Library > Get updates.

    1. If you only want to update the Windows Web Experience Pack, find it in the list of apps, then select Update to get the latest version.

    2. If Open is displayed, you already have the latest version.

Keep your Microsoft Store apps updated to ensure that you have access to the latest Windows features.

Turn on automatic updates

If you want to turn on automatic app updates for the Windows Web Experience Pack and all other Microsoft Store apps, here’s how:

  1. Select Start > Microsoft Store.

  2. When the Microsoft Store opens, select Profile > App settings.

  3. Make sure App updates are turned on.

Note: Some of these settings may be configured by your organization and can’t be changed.
