Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:

You use a dynamic send port in BizTalk Server.
-
You configure the port to specify the send handlers for one or more adapters.

The send handlers that you have selected are not the default send handlers for at least one of the adapters.
In this scenario when you export the port bindings and import them into another BizTalk environment, you might notice that the send handler configuration is not imported. Instead, the handlers are set to the default send handlers for each adapter.
Status
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
Resolution
This problem is fixed in the following cumulative updates for BizTalk Server:

Cumulative Update 8 for BizTalk Server 2016
