Symptoms
Assume that you are using an SFTP send port to send messages, and the "Target File Name" transport property contains the "%datetime.tz%" or "%time.tz%" macro. When a message is sent by using this send port, the message gets suspended, and you receive the following error message:
A message sent to adapter "SFTP" on send port "*****" with URI "sftp://*************/*%datetime.tz%*.*" is suspended.
Error details: System.NotSupportedException: The given path's format is not supported.
Status
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
Resolution
This problem is fixed in the following cumulative updates for BizTalk Server:
