Create or edit a playlist or radio station in Groove on Windows 10
  1. Start the Groove app.
  2. On the left-hand side, tap or click New playlist, enter a name and then tap or click Save.
  3. On the left-hand side, tap or click Collection, tap or click a song (you might have to select the album first), right-click and add the song to the playlist you want. Add as many songs as you want to the playlist.
    To change the order of songs on a playlist, press and hold a song (or right-click to “grab” it) and then drag it to the position you want. You can also press and hold a song (or use your mouse to right-click it) and then tap or click the Move up or Move down button at the bottom of the screen.

To remove music from a playlist

  1. Select a playlist in Groove.
  2. Right-click or press and hold a song.
  3. Select Remove from playlist at the bottom of the screen.

Tip You can also drag songs and albums from anywhere in the app to edit your playlist. You can also drag songs within your playlist to rearrange their order.

You can save and edit playlists anytime, but if you want to listen to them offline, you’ll need a Groove Music Pass.

Create a radio station

A radio station is a customised, streaming playlist of songs based on an artist's name that you enter.

  1. Start the Groove app.
  2. On the left-hand side, tap or click Radio.
  3. Tap or click Start a station.
  4. Enter an artist's name, and then tap or click the Play button.

Note You’ll hear a fresh mix of the stations you created when you tap or click Radio.
