Add a guest to a team

Important: You must be a team owner to add a guest. To add or change owners, see Make someone a team owner.

1. On the left, select  Teams, select the ellipsis (...) next to the team, and then select Add member.

2. Enter the guest's email address and press Enter. 

   

3. Select Add.

   If you see the message "We didn't find any matches," contact your administrator to Turn guest access in Microsoft Teams on or off.
