You have the freedom to manage the frequency of emails and notifications you receive from Viva Engage. Instead of unsubscribing, simply adjust your Viva Engage notification settings to suit your preferences. However, if your organization has integrated Viva Engage and made it mandatory for users, individual unsubscription isn't possible.
To stop all notifications, follow the steps in Enable or disable Viva Engage email and phone notifications. You can continue to use Viva Engage when you want, but you won't get reminders.
If you really want out of your Viva Engage account, ask your IT administrator to turn off access.
