Choose the account you want to sign in with.
  1. Select the cells to have the drop-down, go to the Data tab and choose  Data validation button Data Validation.

  2. For Allow, choose List.

  3. For the drop-down Source, type items separate by commas,  a range of cells, or a named range.
    For example: Yes,No,Maybe, =$A$2:$A$4, =PriceRange.

  4. Select OK

Tip: To add or remove drop-down items, select the dropdown, repeat step 1, and make changes.
