Select the cells to have the drop-down, go to the Data tab and choose Data Validation.

For Allow, choose List.

For the drop-down Source, type items separate by commas, a range of cells, or a named range.
For example: Yes,No,Maybe, =$A$2:$A$4, =PriceRange. -
Select OK.

Tip: To add or remove drop-down items, select the dropdown, repeat step 1, and make changes.
