Use this dialog box to identify the language setting to use for converting a file from or to a previous version of Microsoft Office Visio. This does not translate the text in a file; rather, it adds a language indicator that Visio uses to display the text.
Note: To stop seeing this dialog box, you can change the default settings on the Regional tab of the Options dialog box (on the Tools menu).
File
Indicates the drawing or stencil file being converted. In some cases, the workspace for a drawing may include several stencils. This dialog box will open for each drawing and stencil.
Use default
Indicates that Visio determines the language setting based on the displayed language or other information about the file.
Use the following language
Indicates that Visio uses a language setting based on the selected language.
