Outlook for Microsoft 365

If Outlook won't open, try opening it in safe mode, which opens the app without add-ins.

  1. Right-click the Start  Outlook Windows icon button and select Run.

  2. Type Outlook /safe and select OK.

Tip: You can also press the  Outlook Windows icon  Windows key + R, type Outlook /safe and press Enter.
