Moving and copying by successive cuts and pastes
You have been moving or copying rows or fields by cutting or copying them and then pasting them.

To move a row, click the row heading (the first column) to select the row that you want to move, and then drag the row to its new location.

To copy rows, press CTRL while dragging.

To move fields, click the fields, and then drag the border of the selected fields to their new location.

To copy fields, press CTRL while dragging.
If you don't want the Planning Wizard to display this information again, select the Don't tell me about this again check box.
