Print files in Microsoft Teams
Print files that you or others share from any of these locations in Teams:

The files list when you select OneDrive or Files on the left side of Teams.

The Files tab at the top of a chat or channel.

The message where the file was attached.
Print Microsoft 365 files
To print a Microsoft 365 file from Teams:

Go to OneDrive in Teams.

Find and hover over the file you want to print and select More attachment options

Hover over Open and choose to Edit in Teams, Open in browser, or Open in app (Teams).

Select File > Print and follow the onscreen instructions.
