Choose the account you want to sign in with.

If you have a phone service enabled, Teams adds a phone number once you send the first invite. 

  1. Select  Teams Calendar tab icon Calendar and then Add a tab button New meeting, or, from a chat select  Schedule a meeting from chat buttonSchedule meeting.  

  2. Add a title, required attendees, date, time, duration, and details. Choose Teams meeting recurrence icon Does not repeat to select a repeat interval, like weekly meetings. 

  3. Choose Teams meeting add channel iconAdd channel to meet with channel or team members. 

  4. Go to More options for other Meeting options. For more info and settings, see Schedule a meeting in Teams.

  5. Select Send to email meeting invites, or Save if you haven't yet added any attendees.
