Choose the account you want to sign in with.

Important: Plug in your headphones or speakers and make sure Windows recognizes them. 

  1. In Teams, select the ellipsis (...) next to your initials or photo at the top. Choose Settings gear iconSettings then Teams settings device iconDevices.

  2. Under Audio Devices, select your headphones or speakers in the dropdown menus for Audio device and Speaker. If your headphones have a mic, select that under the Microphone heading.

Select Test call button iconMake a test call to check that your headphones or speakers and microphone are working.

Tip: If you've just installed the audio device, and you don't see it, that could be a Windows  or driver issue. Turn your Speaker icon in the notification tray volume up and down in the Windows notification tray. You should hear a ding in the headphones. If not, see Fix sound or audio problems in Windows.
