With Yammer on your PC, Mac, or mobile device, you can:

  • Connect and engage across your organization.

  • Tap into the knowledge of others.

  • Use your Inbox to view, prioritize, and manage the most important messages and announcements.

  • Search for experts, conversations, and communities.

  • Join communities to stay informed, connect with your co-workers, and gather ideas.

  • Participate in conversations across your network and add insights.

  1. Select the app launcher in the upper-left corner of your screen The app launcher icon in Office 365 and select Yammer.

    Can't find the app you're looking for? From the app launcher, select All apps to see an alphabetical list of the Microsoft 365 apps available to you. From there, you can search for a specific app.

  2. If you sign into Yammer via Microsoft 365, select View and update your profile in Office Delve to change your profile.

  3. In your Yammer settings, you can view networks, account activity, applications, and change your notification settings and language preferences.

    To get to Yammer specific settings, in the Microsoft 365 suite header, select Settings > Edit Settings.

  1. Select the settings icon and select Edit Settings.

  2. On the Profile tab, add information collaborators may find helpful, like your expertise, interests, or experience.

  3. Select Save.

Set notifications

  1. Select Settings Edit Settings.

  2. On the Notifications tab, select the options you want.

  3. Select Save.

    • If you are a member of multiple networks, you must change notifications on each network. Click a network name to change the notification settings for that network.
