Highlight the cell or the text you want to translate.

Go to Review, select Translate, then choose a language to see the translation.

Copy the translated text and paste it into your desired cell.
Translating to another language isn't currently possible in Excel for the web. You can, however, translate to another language in the Excel desktop app.

To open the desktop app, at the top of the ribbon, select Editing > Open in Desktop App.
