Troubleshooting sign-in errors

Did you try to sign in to Microsoft To Do with a work account only to see this error message?

"Sorry, there's an issue signing you in right now. Please try again and contact support if the problem persists." 

Did it include one of these error codes? 

  • AadUnknownError

  • 0x80070520

  • 0xc0292007

If so, try these steps:

  1. Open WindowsSettings > Update & Security > Check for Windows Updates. Updated as needed.

  2. Turn off the device you're seeing the error on, then turn it back on.

  3. Try signing in again to Microsoft To Do. If you continue to see this error, let us know.
