If you're a video's owner, the Average viewership chart gives insight into how your video is performing and what parts are most engaging to your viewers. To view a video's Average viewership chart:

Open your video

Select Analytics from the menu in the upper-right corner of the video.
Analytics information will open in a pane to the right of the video. Once that pane has opened, the Average viewership chart will appear as an overlay on top of your video in the browser. -
Hover your cursor over any point of the chart to view Average viewership information for that point in the video. Information includes:

Views: Number of viewers who've watched that part of the video over the lifetime of the video

Retention: The percentage of viewers who watched that section of the video compared to other sections

Timecode: The timecode that corresponds to the section of video you're viewing analytics data for
