View analytics for your teams in Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams allows you to quickly view analytics data about teams that you are a member or an owner of. This info can provide insights into the activity patterns on your teams.
Analytics data includes the number of active users, guests, and the total number of messages sent in each team for a given period. You can view analytics across all your teams, within individual teams, and in specific channels.Note: Viewing analytics in Teams is not currently supported on mobile.
View analytics across all of your teams
Get an overview of usage data for all the teams that you are a member or owner of—all in a single view.

After clicking Teams on the left, select More channel options

Click Analytics to be taken to the Manage teams page.

Choose a date range to show the usage data for all the teams that you're a member or an owner of.
Analytics categories across all teams include active users, people, active guests, posts, and replies. This information reflects the usage data for your chosen date range.
The type category indicates whether the team is a private or public team. The lock icon denotes a private team.Tip: You can also view all of your teams' analytics by clicking Analytics across teams from an individual team's analytics page.
View analytics for an individual team
There's also a way to get usage data analytics for a team that you're a member or an owner of.

Go to the team that you want info about, select More options , and then select Manage team .

At the top of the team page, select Analytics.

Choose a date range to show the usage data for that team.
Team analytics for the specified date range includes:

A summary of users, apps, and meetings, including active users

The number of engagements including posts, replies, mentions, and reactions

The number of meetings held
Tip: You can also view specific team analytics by selecting a team in the across-all-teams analytics view.
View analytics for a specific channel
Along with analytics for all your teams and individual teams, data for specific channels is also available.

Go to a channel that you want info about, select More options , and then select Manage channel .

At the top of the team page, select Analytics.

Choose a date range to show the usage data for that channel.
Channel analytics for the specified date range includes the number of:

Users in the channel

Apps added to the channel

Posts, replies, mentions, and reactions in the channel
Tip: You can also view channel analytics by selecting a channel in the All Channels dropdown list while in the individual-team analytics view.
