If you're using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, and then select Search. Enter windows update, select Windows Update, and then select Installed Updates. In the list of updates, locate and select KB5002160, and then select Uninstall. Windows 7. Go to Start, enter Run, and then select Run. Enter Appwiz.cpl, and then select OK.

Create a new database - Microsoft Support
Create a blank database. On the File tab, click New, and then click Blank Database. Type a file name in the File Name box. To change the location of the file from the default, click Browse for a location to put your database (next to the File Name box), browse to the new location, and then click OK. Click Create.
