Renew or cancel your Microsoft 365 for business subscription
Go to Billing > Your products. Select the product you want to manage. In the Billing settings section, select Cancel subscription. Choose whether to cancel now or cancel before the next renewal date. Clear the cache in Outlook for Mac - Microsoft Support
