Select Start , select Settings > Accounts > Your info . Select Sign in with a local account instead. Type the user name, password, and password hint for your new account. The user name must be different than any others on the device.

Change a local user account to an administrator account Select Start > Settings > Accounts . Under Family & other users , select the account owner name (you should see "Local account" below the name), then select Change account type .

To change your password, go to Start > Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options. Select Password , and then select Change . Note: To change your password if you're using a work or school account, you can press Ctrl+Alt+Del and then select Change a password .
