This article applies to Microsoft Dynamics AX for the Russia (ru) region.

Introduction

This article describes a country-specific update that is available for Russia for processing cash collection in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3.

More information

According to the Russian legislation, specific legally required documents must be prepared when depositing cash from a store to a bank (accompanying documents: disbursement slip, transmittal register for a bag, invoice for a bag, quittance for a bag). In addition, deposit procedure should be registered by using Remittance en route account.

To use new feature, follow these steps:

  1. Set the Cash declaration value for each store under the following location:

    Retail/Common/Retail channels/Retail stores tab Setup/Cash declaration

  2. Create a new Bank transaction type with Transaction extended type equal to Cash collection. The Bank transaction types form is under the following location:

Cash and bank management/Setup/Bank transaction types

  3. Create a new slip journal and lines. Specify in the Bank transaction type journal line on the Payment tab that is associated with the cash collection type. Then, the Cash collection tab will be available. Specify necessary fields on the Cash collection tab.

  4. Function of printing cash collection reports is available on the Print function in strip pane.

The approach of using Remittance en route account was implemented in AX 2009 RU4 and is supported in this feature. More information is available in documentation about Exchange adjustment and profit or loss on the Remittance en route account.
