Symptoms
Assume that you have a Polycom telephone that is running Microsoft Lync Phone Edition. In this situation, you encounter one of the following issues:

The screen of the telephone appears white after you restart.

A white horizontal line appears in the middle of the telephone screen.
Resolution
To resolve the issues, install the following cumulative update:
