Applies ToMicrosoft Lync 2013

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:

  • You try to make a Public Switch Telephone Network (PSTN) call to a contact by using Microsoft Lync 2013. The contact may be an Outlook contact or stored in the Lync Server address book.

  • To call the contact, you click the PSTN number link in the contact card.

  • The contact accepts the call or you exit the call after three rings.

  • You click the Conversations tab in Lync 2013.

In this scenario, your name appears in the Phone Call item in the conversation history instead of the contact's name. If you click the Conversation History tab in Outlook, the contact's name is missing in the PARTICIPANTS list of the outgoing call item. Additionally, when you click the item of the outgoing call, the detailed information about the contact is missing in the mail body.
