SYMPTOMS
You click Item Categories or Item Lookup to select an item in Order Management for Business Portal in Microsoft Dynamics GP. In this situation, you receive one of the following error messages:
This order cannot be processed at this time.
No items to display.
Additionally, the following event may be logged in Event Viewer on the server that is running Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS):

Event ID: 0

Description: The description for Event ID ( 0 ) in Source ( Order Management ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x8004D024): The transaction manager has disabled its support for remote/network transactions.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, follow these steps:

Verify that network Distributed Transaction Coordinator (DTC) access is enabled on the server that is running IIS and on the server that is running Microsoft SQL Server. To do this, follow these steps on both servers:

Verify that the DTC service is started on the server that is running IIS and on the server that is running SQL Server. To do this, follow these steps on both servers:
