This error occurs when you run reports or start FRx.


The workstation or server that you are starting FRx from does not have an FRx client installed or the required .dll files are not registered properly.


  1. Install an FRx client on this workstation.

  2. Re-register the necessary files on this machine by browsing out to the directory where the FRx32.exe resides. Locate and launch FRxReg.exe. This will register all necessary files for FRx to run successfully. This may need to be done by an Administrative user.

This error message can be caused by multiple reasons, therefore this specific resolution may not fix your issue.
