Troubleshooting
Can't find Class Notebook in your course?
Your teacher needs to set it up first. Ask them to add the Microsoft 365 app and create a Class Notebook for your course. They can learn to do that here.
Getting a sign-in error?
Make sure you're using your school Microsoft 365 account, not a personal Microsoft account. Check with your teacher or your school's IT department if you're not sure which account to use.
Notebook won't load?
Try refreshing your browser or clearing your browser cache. If the problem continues, report it to your teacher or school IT support.
