Symptoms

Assume that you have a partitioned table that has a clustered columnstore index in Microsoft SQL Server 2014, and there is some data in the table. When you try to create an indexed view on the table, you receive the following error message:

Internal Query Processor Error: The query processor could not obtain access to a required interface.

If you create the clustered columnstore index after you create the indexed view, the issue does not occur. However, when you try to run bulk copy (BCP) on the table, the assertion fails if the table contains the char, nchar, varchar, nvarchar, or varbinary data type.
