Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:

You use a map in a Microsoft BizTalk Server project to do transformations.

Multiple destination schemas are used in the map.
-
One of the schemas is blank.
In this scenario, you receive an error message that resembles the following:
Error: Invalid input/output document into/from the transform. Does not have a single root node.

The fix for this issue is included in Cumulative Update 2 for BizTalk Server 2013 R2.
