Where is Microsoft 365 Copilot Library available?Â
Copilot Library is available in the Microsoft 365 Copilot app on the web, Windows desktop, Mac desktop, and mobile platforms. Integration with Teams and Word is planned for future releases.Â
What licenses are required for Copilot Library access?Â

What will happen to my pages in the left navigation panel?Â
As Copilot Library rolls out to customers, you’ll see a new Library entry point in the navigation panel instead of the page list. Previously created pages and images can be found in Copilot Library.Â
Does Copilot Library require additional storage?Â
Copilot Library doesn't require any additional storage and simply serves as a view to find created images and pages.
What content types are supported in Copilot Library?Â

Images – All images, infographics, stories, posters, and banners created in Copilot Create or with Copilot Chat appear in Copilot Library and can be downloaded as .jpeg files.

Pages – Copilot Library supports .loop (earlier Copilot Pages format) and .page (current Copilot Pages format) file types.
How are items in Copilot Library sorted and searched?Â

Images – Sorted by their creation date.

Pages – Sorted by last modified dates and searchable by title.
What’s the difference between Copilot Library and Copilot Notebooks?Â

Copilot Notebooks are project-based collections of Copilot-generated and non-Copilot generated content. Users can ask questions and get insights from Copilot about the contents of the notebook.

Copilot Library is an ongoing collection of Copilot-generated content across experiences in the Microsoft 365 Copilot app.
