Issues that this hotfix rollup resolves
Issue
Consider the following scenario:-
You run Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 under stress conditions on a computer. For example, you run the .NET Framework 2.0 on a computer that has low memory.

An application tries to clear the event log.
In this scenario, you receive an "Access Denied" error. Additionally, the application crashes. When this issue occurs, a Win32Exception exception is thrown by the System.Diagnostics.EventLog class.
