Arvato Rus LLC is an authorized representative of Microsoft in Russia for accepting payments and preparing accounting documentation for the Microsoft Partner Program, as well as paying remuneration to partners in various Microsoft programs.
PROCESSING ORDERS
After a partner places an order for a MAPS subscription or receiving MPN competencies, the order is transferred to Arvato for invoicing and contract processing. Arvato invoice only after receiving the order.
If the partner has already paid for his participation in the program through Arvato - the invoice will be sent immediately after receipt of the order, automatically. The exception is when the partner ID has changed.
Arvato sends an e-mail message specified in the order to new partners with a request to fill out company details on the page: http://ms-partner.bertelsmann.ru/ After providing the requisites, an invoice and contract will be sent to the partner.
PAYMENT
Partner pays Arvato invoice. Once a day, Arvato receives a statement from a bank account and takes into account payments by partners in the accounting system. On the same day, the partner is sent a notification of receipt of payment by email. The data is then transferred to Microsoft, after which the partner status is activated and the partner gets access to software downloads. From the moment the funds are received in the Arvato current account until the activation (renewal) of the partner status takes up to 3 working days.
DOCUMENT TURNOVER
Arvato prepares accounting documents (invoice and statement) within 5 working days after receipt of payment. Documents are sent to the partner first in scanned form, then the originals - by registered mail. The partner must sign the act and return one copy to Arvato.
