Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:

You have a report that contains tables and charts in Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Reporting Services (SSRS 2012) or SQL Server 2014 Reporting Services (SSRS 2014)in SharePoint integrated mode.

You open the report by using the URL in a web browser.

You hide the toolbar of the report by setting the value of the toolbar parameter to false in the URL.

You change the parameter in the URL, and press Enter.
In this scenario, the table is updated correctly, but the chart in the report is not updated. However, if you press Enter or refresh the browser again, the chart is updated correctly.
Resolution
The issue was first fixed in the following cumulative update of SQL Server.

Cumulative Update 6 for SQL Server 2012 SP2 /en-us/help/3052468
