Assume that you have installed a cumulative update on an instance of Microsoft SQL Server 2014 that has a service pack installed. When you uninstall the cumulative update and the service pack, none of themĀ are uninstalled correctly. But you don't receive any error messages about this.


The issue was first fixed in the following cumulative update of SQL Server:
