Symptoms
Assume that you connect to a readable secondary replica of a SQL Server 2014 AlwaysOn Availability Group. When you execute a specific query on a specific table that belongs to the secondary replica, an Access Violation occurs.
Resolution
The fix for this issue is included in the following cumulative update for SQL Server: Cumulative Update 4 for SQL Server 2014 SP2
