Symptoms
If you apply the ForceLastGoodPlan recommendation in Microsoft SQL Server 2017, the state of the recommendation is falsely reported as "Expired" in the Dynamic Management View sys.dm_db_tuning_recommendations.
Resolution
This fix is included in Cumulative Update 2 for SQL Server 2017.
