Symptoms
Previously, if you were using custom functoids within your map, and errors occurred when the functoids were loaded, it is possible that this process failed silently without indicating any errors. After you apply this update, any errors that occur are surfaced so that you can take the appropriate steps to fix them.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
Resolution
This problem is fixed in the following cumulative update for BizTalk Server:
