Symptoms
If multiple receive locations are scheduled that use different time zones or different daily, weekly, or monthly recurrences, the receive locations might run outside the configured service window in some cases.
Status
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
Resolution
This problem is fixed in the following cumulative update for BizTalk Server:
