Symptoms
On a computer that is running Windows 8 or Windows Server 2012, when you use Internet Explorer 10, some large cache files are not cleaned.For example, consider the following scenario:

You browse to a webpage to play a digital video that is larger than 225 megabytes (MB) by using Adobe Flash in Internet Explorer 10.

You close Internet Explorer, and you wait for some time. For example, you wait for more than one hour.

You check the file size of the Flash video cache file again.
In this scenario, the Flash video cache file is not cleaned.
