Symptoms
The Queue Viewer tool stops responding and returns an unhandled BlockedDeserializeTypeException when it tries to connect to any transport queue in Microsoft Exchange Server 2013.
Consider the following scenario:

You install KB5019758 (November 2022 security update) on any Exchange Server 2013-based server.

You navigate to the Exchange Toolbox and open the Queue Viewer.

You select any queue that’s displayed in the Viewer.

You select View Messages.
In this scenario, the following issues occur:

The Toolbox window does not open the selected queue. Instead, it displays a call stack and the following error message
"Microsoft Exchange Critical Error."

When you double a queue, the following error message is displayed:
"MMC has detected an Error in a snap-in and will unload it."
Resolution
To fix this issue, install the following security update:
