Symptoms

When you disable the scroll bar in Internet Explorer 10, the scroll position is reset to zero incorrectly.

Cause

This issue occurs because the scroll position is reset to 0,0 unexpectedly when the Ieframe!CWebBrowserOC::Draw() function is called.
