To determine whether your organization had this update applied, check your Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online version number. Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner, and then click About.

Service Update 3 for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online 7.1.1

Service Update 3 resolves the following issues:

  • When clicking the "Email a Link" button on an Opportunity that has a Sales Team member, the CC line of the email contains the text [object Object] instead of the email address of the Sales Team member. BUG #: 60343 (CRMSE)

  • Converting an Activity to a Case or an Opportunity fails when using the new form rendering engine. BUG #: 60092 (CRMSE)

  • Email sent via Quick Campaign is missing attachments. BUG #: 242631 (TFS)
