Symptoms
Assume that you are in a Skype meeting in Microsoft Skype for Business 2016 under weak network conditions. In this situation, video freezes unexpectedly. This issue occurs because Forward Error Correction (FEC) isn't triggered to protect video streams against packet loss.
Resolution
To fix this issue, install the June 13, 2017, security update (KB3203382) for Skype for Business 2016.
