The foregoing does not apply to information about criminally punishable acts or omissions where the action limitation period has not expired, as well as information about crimes committed by such individual unless the conviction is expunged.

Please note that Bing does not publish or control the content in question. Blocking it from certain search results on Bing does not remove the content from the web. If you want the content removed from the web, we recommend that you contact the webmaster of the site publishing the content.

Bing will send you notice of fulfillment or a reason for refusal to fulfill your request.
